Frontline Medical & Kidney Care (FMKC) is a comprehensive outpatient medical practice that entitles the patient to a high level of care under Internal Medicine and Nephrology, with continuous follow up if necessary under Inpatient Services with privileges at St Luke's Hospital Sacred Heart Campus. FMKC will be dedicated to impact the community by bringing high standards and quality of care, and no barriers of accessibility.
Dr. Erazo cares about her patients and goes above and beyond to help them. She is very busy which makes her office very hectic at times and hard to get ahold of which can be frustrating and her team tries hard to stay on top of things. It's a difficult time for everyone so I thank Dr Erazo and her staff for trying hard to make it better for her patients always.
